Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or AUD$100.00 if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

Return and Refund Policy
What Items Can Be Returned?
We will gladly replace or offer a refund for any faulty or defective product within 7 days of the order being received as long as item is sent back in it’s original packaging.
We unfortunately cannot offer change of mind returns due to the nature of our products.
How Do I Return My Faulty Product?
We work very hard to ensure the high quality of our products so sincerely apologise that you’ve received a faulty product... simply contact us no later than 7 days from receiving your faulty product and we will email you back with a return shipping label (at no cost to you) that you can print and attach to your parcel to have shipped back to us.
Do You Offer Change Of Mind Returns?
No, unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we do not offer change of mind returns.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
We will click the button to have your money refunded to you within 3 business days of receiving the returned faulty product.
